WAES letter-writing
campaign:
Dear Governor Doyle...
Statewide and local groups and individuals from around Wisconsin
have contacted the Governor and asked him to make sure he
stays committed to quality public schools in his soon-to-be-released
2007-09 budget.
WAES partner organizations mobilized the campaign during
the last month. Authors of the letters sent to Governor Jim
Doyle talked about the budget crises many school districts
are in because of state-imposed revenue limits.
